The service point provides general guidance about services and living in Kajaani. In other issues related to integration, settling-in and immigration an appointment must be reserved for an expert from International Services.

An appointment  can be reserved from the service point or by filling a contact form which can be found from the lobby of Kajaani City Hall. Filled contact forms can be returned to a letter box inside the lobby.
