Procurements for a sustainable economy create vitality in the region. The City of Kajaani’s public procurements play a substantial role in Kainuu. We buy goods and services worth roughly €80 million every year. Of these, some €40 million were service purchases, about €20 million were goods purchases and some €20 million were investments.
