Supervision plan
According to the Environmental Protection Act, a municipal environmental protection authority shall draw up a supervision plan for regular checks in their area. The supervision plan shall include information on the environmental conditions of the area, activities that pose a risk of pollution, and the resources and means available for such supervision. In addition, the plan shall include a description of the organisation of checks and risk assessment criteria, and the cooperation between the authorities overseeing it all. To ensure consistency, the local supervision plan also lists the duties of the municipal environmental authorities prescribed in other legislation.
